Ingredients for Cream puffs
Sifted powdered sugar or glaze | ||
100 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | dl | Water |
80 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Cream puffs
To prepare the Cream puffs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Bring butter and water to boil in a saucepan.
Add the flour at once and stir well until the dough is clear and do not spoon.
Remove the dough from the heat.
Let the dough cool a little.
Whip the eggs together one by one and whip them in the dough little by little.
Whip well between each egg.
The dough must be so firm that it does not flow when it is put on paper.
Place the dough on baking paper on the baking tray with two tablespoons spaced well, as the cakes raise a lot during baking.
Bake the cakes for 20-30 minutes on one of the middle ribs in the oven.
Do not look at the cakes for the first 15 minutes.
Take a water tray and see if it falls apart. This will extend the back time.
Cut the water bins upside down as soon as they come out of the oven, they will not soften.
