1/3 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
2 | tbsp | Edike |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
250 | g | Sugar |

To prepare the Cream caramels IIII recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring sugar, water and vinegar to a boil in a pan. Let it boil with low heat and stirring until it is light yellow, approx. 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the soda in.
Whip the cream in a little bit. Bring the mass to boil and let it boil on low heat and stirring for approx. 15 min. Dip a teaspoon of the mass in cold water and roll it into a ball. If it feels elastic, the caramel mass is complete. Pour the mass into a form lined with baking paper (about 17x21 cm)
Cut the caramel mass into squares after approx. 20 minutes. Set the shape to the next day. Pack the caramels into the cellophane and store them in a can.
