Instructions for Cottage pie
To prepare the Cottage pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop peeled and chop the carrot in the tern.
Boil carrot and peas until they are nut, sweat loeg, mushroom and dad with salt, pepper and pork dice.
Put the sauce into the pan and simmer for about 20 minutes until the sauce is thickened
Poured into a refractory dish.
Make the mashed potatoes very firm if there is too much milk or butter in it flies it out in the oven.
Put the mash on top of the dad and scratch the top lightly with a fork sprinkle with a little salt, behind the oven until golden brown on top. Can be served with salad.
