1 | dl | Lukewarm milk |
2 | dl | Lukewarm water |
225 | g | Corn flour |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Temperate butter |
Instructions for Corn Bread (Loaf)
To prepare the Corn Bread (Loaf) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Findel yeast in dejfadet. Pour the milk into the yeast and stir smooth. Add water, cornmeal, salt and half of the wheat flour. Pipe the dough smooth and stir the butter in by a couple of times. Knead more flour in gradually and knead the dough smooth and even.
A loaf brushed with melted butter. Sprinkle with corn meal and got dough in. Let it raise, covered and snug to double size.
Bake on the lower Groove in preheated oven at 200 degrees C for about 1 hour. Take the bread out of the mold for the last 10 minutes.
Allow to cool on rack.
