100-200 | g | Mayonnaise |

Instructions for Cold potato salad (V)
To prepare the Cold potato salad (V) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the potatoes until tender in salted water. Arrow them while they are hot and cut them into cubes.
Pour the vinegar and salt over the potatoes and let it soak for 10 minutes.
Cut the leaf celery in fine pieces. Mince the onions. Cut the cucumber into cubes.
Mix the bladseeleri, cucumber, scallions, parsley and fresh mint with the potatoes and turn it into mayonnaisen.
Let the salad drag for at least 1 hour. Sprinkled with chopped parsley before serving.
