To prepare the Cold cooked cod with mustard dressing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the cod on a dish, season with salt and pepper and cover with a piece of film. Steamed approx. 10 minutes in the microwave at 850 W and cooling off afterwards.

Cream fraiche and mayonnaise are stirred together, cooked with mustard, salt and pepper. The consistency may be adjusted. With a little asparagus water.
