250 | g | Oat biscuits |
400 | g | Creme fraishe |
Instructions for Cola / lemon cheesecake
To prepare the Cola / lemon cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oven to 200 degrees (ordinary oven).
Crush the biscuits and pour the crumbs into a bowl.
Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuits.
Pour the mixture into a pie dish and push it well into the mold.
Bake the base for ten minutes.
Take it out and let it cool a little before laying the cheese mixture.
Tear the skull of one lemon and squeeze the juice off it.
Stir cream cheese, creme fraishe, flour, lemon and lemon juice together in a bowl.
Distribute the mass of the biscuit bundle.
Bake the cake for 15 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool completely before making the coffe mix.
Tear the skull of the other lemon.
Boil the coke and lemon peel until it boils into a syrup-like consistency.
Let it cool off.
When it's cold, squeeze the juice of the other lemon and mix it in.
Pour the colablanding over the cheesecake.
Let the cake cool in the fridge, so the colablanding will penetrate and stiffen over the cheese mixture.
