1000gWheat flour of whole grain wheat flour distributed among gramhamsmel and durumsmel (depending on taste and how serious it should be)
2tbspSugar
3tbspOlive oil (alm. oil can also be used)
5dlLukewarm water
50gYeast

Instructions for Coarse pizza dough - 2 frying pans

To prepare the Coarse pizza dough - 2 frying pans recipe, please follow these instructions:

The yeast is piped into the water.
Oil, sugar and salt are mixed in.
The flour is mixed in a bit and kneaded well.
When the dough is smooth, smooth and not sticky, divide it into two equal lumps and raise for 30 minutes.

After raising, roll the dough to bake size and put the filling on :)

NOTE! Should it go a little bit a night, the dough does not need to rise. Just be aware that the bottom can get a bit "heavy" in it, but still good!
