Ingredients for Club Sandwich
140 | g | Romaine lettuce |
150 | g | Capers |
20 | g | Red onion |
200 | g | Tomato |
50 | g | Parmesan cheese |
6 | pcs | Quorn-fillet (280 g) |
8 | slices | Bread (400 g) |
Instructions for Club Sandwich
To prepare the Club Sandwich recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Peel the parmesan on a fine grater and sprinkle it into 8 oval bunks on a baking sheet with baking paper. The layer must not be too thick (max 2 mm), but must be completely covering. Bake the so-called touilles in the oven at 180 degrees until they are golden - about 10 minutes.
2. Then place the Quorn fillets on a pan in a little oil.
3. In a small bowl mix a little mustard and curry while stirring.
4. Gently turn the creme fraiche together with soy, sugar, salt and pepper.
5. Wash the salad and tomatoes and cut them into suitable pieces.
6. Peel the bread and butter it with the crushing. Season salad, tomato and slices of the Quorn fillets and the parmesan pieces on one slice of bread and put the other on top
