Ingredients for Citronpickles
Lime can be used instead of lemons | ||
1 | tbsp | Freshly grated ginger |
1 | clove | Garlic |
1 | Small bdt parsley | |
1 | Onion | |
1 | tbsp | Salt |
1 | dl | Water |
1 | dl | Vineddke |
2 | Green chilies | |
2 | dl | Sugar |
3 | Unsprayed lemons |
Instructions for Citronpickles
To prepare the Citronpickles recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse and do the vegetables.
Boil whole lemons 10 min. In water. Cool them and cut them into small cubes.
Sliced chilli and garlic in thin slices. Chop parsley and onions.
Season onion, garlic, parsley and chilli 1 minute in a pan with a little oil. Add lemon, ginger, sugar, salt, water and vinegar. Cook 5 min. under stirring.
Pour the mixture into a glass lid with a lid.

tips:
The pickles taste best after a few days, it is especially good as an accessory for lentil, rice bulgur dishes. It can last for two months in the refrigerator
