Instructions for Cinnamon-apple dessert
To prepare the Cinnamon-apple dessert recipe, please follow these instructions:
Remove core housing, stalk etc. Peel if necessary. Apples (not necessary). Cut the apples into coarse tern.
Grease a bowl of butter and put the pieces of apples in the dish.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and turn around the apples so that the sugar / cinnamon is well spread.
Stir a dough of equal parts of sugar, flour and butter and spread the dough over the apple mixture.
Place the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for one hour.
Serve from the oven with a cold cream fraiche.
tips:
When the dish is finished, be sure to have caramelized sugar that bubbles around and around the edges. It tastes heavenly.
