Ingredients for Christmas cookies

1 | Eggs | |
1 | tbsp | Finely grated lemon and or appelsen must (organic) |
100 | g | Sugar |
1-2 | tsp | Ground ginger |
125 | g | Butter |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Christmas cookies
To prepare the Christmas cookies recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip butter and sugar well together and whip the egg. Mix flour + baking soda + grated lemon / orange peel + ginger and stir in egg yolk.
Collect the dough and squeeze it flat with your hand, pack it into the film and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
Roll out the dough for approx. 3 mm thick on an oiled table and put the cakes in different shapes and put them on baking sheets with baking paper. Bake them golden for approx. 8 min.
Ornaments. With chocolate or icing lacet with the juice from the fruits.
