Ingredients for Christmas cheesecake
100 | g | Butter |
2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
2 | Clementines | |
200 | g | Digestive biscuits |
3 | Pasteurized egg whites | |
4 | tsp | Vanilla sugar (perhaps a little more) |
5 | dl | Greek yogurt or cream cheese |
Instructions for Christmas cheesecake
To prepare the Christmas cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crush the biscuits into sawdust in a bowl.
Mix the cinnamon in the biscuits.
Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuits.
Divide the biscuit mixture into a pie and press the bottom flat and as firmly as possible.
Prepare the base for 10 minutes in a 200 degree hot oven (ordinary oven).
Whip the egg whites stiff.
Mix yogurt / cheese and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
Gently turn the egg whites around the yoghurt / cheese.
Taste if With some more vanilla sugar.
Bake the pie for 20 minutes (same temperature as before).
Distribute the clementines around the edge of the pie.
Let it cool before serving.
