Instructions for Chris Macdonals chocolate cake
To prepare the Chris Macdonals chocolate cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter a small frying pan with magarine. (Or another form). Bring the chocolate into pieces and melt it with mild heat, along with the butter. Stir vigorously until the chocolate and butter become even. Then cool to room temperature. Share the eggs in white and plum. Whip the egg yolks and half of the sugar and vanilla sugar, to a light and thick egg snap. Whip the egg whites and the rest of the sugar together into a marlin mass. Stir the chocolate batter, the egg peel and the marquee together. Put the dough in the mold / frying pan and place it on the bottom groove in the oven for 50-60 minutes at 160 degrees. While the cake cools, make the chocolate glaze.
Bring the cream to the boil while stirring and add the chocolate into small pieces. Stir the mixture together and gently pour the icing on the cake and smooth out. Put the cake on the fridge so the glaze solidifies a little.
