4 | Neck chops, about 2 cm thick | |

Instructions for Chops with coarse onions
To prepare the Chops with coarse onions recipe, please follow these instructions:
Arrow the bulbs and cut them into small terns. Season the onions in a pot in half of the butter. Pour the wine and let it boil without lid until the wine is evaporated. Add mustard and milk and let it boil again. Cut the tomatoes in half, press them free of kernels and cut the tomato meat into strips. Whip the rest of the butter in the onions just before serving, add the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Dip the chops dry and brown them l min. on every side. Season with salt and pepper. Moisten the heat and step them 4-5 min. on every side.
Serve the chops together with onions sprinkled with parsley, beans and coarse bread.
