Instructions for Choko-Almond cake

To prepare the Choko-Almond cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip butter and sugar well. Mix flour, salt, vanilla sugar and baking soda and put it in the dough alternately with the milk. Chop the chocolate roughly and add it with almonds. Whip the egg whites stiff and turn them gently into the dough.

The dough comes with a baking pan (about 26 × 38) coated with baking paper and baked at 175 (hot air 160) degrees for approx. 25 min.
