Instructions for Chocolate Truffle Cake

To prepare the Chocolate Truffle Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cake: Melt the butter in a saucepan and remove it from the heat. Stir the sugar, cocoa and vanilla sugar. Stir the eggs in one at a time and finally the flour. Distribute the dough into a lubricated (or coated with baking paper) spring shape (loose edge).
Pour the cake at the bottom of the oven for about 20 minutes at 175 degrees. It must be a little soft in the middle.

Truffle: Chop the chocolate. Bring whipped cream and butter in boil while stirring. Take the pot off the heat. Stir the chocolate and let it melt.
Pour the mass into a bowl and let the truffle settle in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Wide it over the cake. Let the cake stand cold at least one hour before serving.
