Instructions for Chocolate Mudpie

To prepare the Chocolate Mudpie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Lubricate the spring shape.

Sift flour, cocoa and baking soda into a bowl and pour the sugar into. Melt 125 g. Chocolate with 125 g butter. Add the cold water to the chocolate paste and whip it a lot.

Turn the chocolate batter into the flour mixture. Whip milk, oil and eggs together in a bowl. Pour the mixture into the dough and whip until it is uniform.

Pour the dough into the mold and bag the cake on the bottom groove for 45-50 minutes at 160 degrees.

Let the cake cool before it is taken out of the mold. Melt the rest of the butter and chocolate together. Add floral gel for extra consistency. Distribute the mass over the cake.
