To prepare the Chocolate Chip Cookies - Original American recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the soft butter, sugar and mix well for approx. 2 minutes and then stir the egg.
Mix wheat flour with vanilla sugar, baking soda and salt, say it. Put into the mixture and mix well together. Add coarse chopped chocolate and coarse nuts or unsalted peanuts to taste. Put the dough for cooling in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Set the oven to approx. 170 (hot air) electricity. 190 degrees oven / under heat. Put the dough with a teaspoon (m. Top), roll balls in hand and put them on a plate of baking paper with approx. 3-4 cm distance offset, approx. 14 on the plate (they will be about Ø5 cm). Push the balls slightly flat in the center.

The size of the biscuits in the recipe is made smaller than the original ones. If they want as large as the original cookies, use a tablespoon instead of a teaspoon of bread. 2 topped teaspoons per.
