To prepare the Chocolate cake with low fat content recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the chocolate and mix it with cocoa powder and brown sugar. Pour boiling water over and stir until the chocolate is melted. Stir the egg yolks in. Whip the egg whites stiff and turn them in.
Distribute the dough into a spring shape lined with baking paper (22 cm in diameter). Bake the cake for about 40 minutes. At 180 degrees C on the middle oven ribs. The cake can be decorated with a sprinkle of flour on serving.
