Chocolate basket: Chocolate is melted. On a disposable cups (plastic mugs or the like) that is turned on its head, a piece of square cellophane-paper over the bottom of the mug, which printed a little fast. The chocolate is poured over the paper so that the slow runs down the sides-this process is repeated 2-3 times. Then put it all on the ice. When the chocolate has cooled, remove frizzy and cellofanet gently and one now has a nice chocolate basket.
Honey parfait: half of the sugar and the eight egg yolks whipped up. Also whipped separately, cream and remaining sugar together. It's all mixed together and season with honey. Filled in chocolate baskets and put in the freezer for a few hours.
Snack
Set the filled chocolate basket on a plate. Serve with fresh fruit or berries. Can garnish with a little more bærcoulis.
