Ingredients for Chilli pot
1 | can | Beans in chilli sauce |
1 | Fresh chilli pepper | |
1 | tsp | Coarse salt |
1 | tbsp | Sweet chilli sauce |
1 | dl | Water |
2 | Coarsely chopped yellow onions | |
2 | clove | Minced garlic |
25 | g | Butter |
500 | g | Chopped lean beef |
Instructions for Chilli pot
To prepare the Chilli pot recipe, please follow these instructions:
Season onions and garlic in golden butter in a thickened pot. Add the meat and sweat it until it crumbles and has changed color. Stretch the chillipipe long and remove the cores under the spikes of water with a sharp knife. Chop the chillipeber (2 teaspoons total) and add the remaining ingredients together. Let the chilligry cook with low heat and under low for approx. 10 min.
