To prepare the Chili Cheese Top recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the chili into small pieces.
Put the cheese in the microwave for about 1 min. The cheese should not be melted, but just so it can hang together. Eat the chilli in the cheese and put the pulp in the freezer for 8 minutes.
