Instructions for Chicken with vegetables in clay pot (Umani)
To prepare the Chicken with vegetables in clay pot (Umani) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse chicken, Pat dry, and peel the skin off of. Makes the meat out of the legs, and cut it into 4 cm. large pieces.
