1 | tsp | Ginger, finely chopped |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
100 | g | Unsalted cashews |
1-1½ | dl | Tomato ketchup |
2 | tsp | Garlic, finely chopped |
2-3 | tbsp | Oil for frying |
2-3 | tbsp | Black chili paste |
3 | tbsp | Fish sauce |
400 | g | Shredded kyllingfilet |

To prepare the Chicken with cashew nuts (starter) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Shake the cashew nuts in the oven or in a little oil on the forehead until golden and set them aside. Heat the oil in a wok, add garlic, ginger, chilli paste and then chicken pieces and simmer for 5 minutes. Add ketchup, spring onion and taste with fish sauce and sugar. The nuts are turned into the dish just before serving.
