Flat-leaf parsley
Freshly ground pepper
Salt
0.5canChickpeas drained
0.75tspTurmeric
1Orange juice and grated to be used
1dlChicken broth
1Chicken of ca. 1400 grams
1tbspOlive oil
1tspGround coriander
100gDried apricots
1–2Red chili without seeds and cut into small pieces
2cloveGarlic, peeled and minced
2Small onion peeled and cut in both

To prepare the Chicken with apricot and orange recipe, please follow these instructions:

Make the chicken in a position. Cut it into 10-12 pieces. Fry the chicken pieces lightly golden in oil in a frying pan – rose some pieces at a time, if there is no space for the whole chicken.
