450 | g | Chicken breast |
Instructions for Chicken meat in curry
To prepare the Chicken meat in curry recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Cut the meat into thin strips. (Put it in the fridge.
2. Peel the carrot, arrow onions, cleanse the porridge and blame the squash.
3. Cut all the vegetables in julienne.
4. Put the meat in hot oil at high heat in a saucepan / wok.
5. Add curry and squeezed garlic and season for one minute.
6. Add all the vegetables, the hardest first and so on.
7. Add coconut milk and chicken stock, allow the dish to boil approx. 5 min.
8. Finally add with lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper, if necessary. More curry.
Peanuts sprinkle on when the dish is finished, just before eating, possibly. Mixed in court.
