To prepare the Chicken legs with lemon recipe, please follow these instructions:
With a mortar crush garlic with a kvivspids salt, add the oil a little at a time until the garlic has become a creamy thick paste.
Rub the chicken pieces into garlic cream also under the skin and let them marinate in cool 2 hours or overnight.
Benefit lemon into 1 cm thick slices on a heat-proof dish with a small sprig of Rosemary, thyme and Sage leaf on each slice. Put the chicken pieces on each lemon slice.
Roast them in the oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for 45-60 minutes until golden and juice ready.
Served with freshly baked bread, which is used to "søppe" with juices.
