1 | Leek into thin slices | |
2 | clove | Garlic |
2 | Tomatoes | |
3-4 | dl | Water |

Instructions for Chicken legs with Basil
To prepare the Chicken legs with Basil recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown the thighs in olive oil, add salt and pepper and garlic, let brown slightly with water and let simmer. spoon under the lid for about 20 min. Add Basil and Leek rings, and let simmer an additional ca. 15 min. When the thighs are done taken the up and kept warm. Make a sauce by snasket.
Put back in the sauce, if desired, your thighs by serving and garnish with the parsley.
Halve the tomatoes, sprinkled with salt-pepper and Rosemary. FRY about 5-10 min. in a little olive oil.
Serve with a good mashed potatoes.
