500 | g | Chicken breast into strips |
Instructions for Chicken in sour sweet sauce
To prepare the Chicken in sour sweet sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix water, vinegar, sugar and tomato paste in a saucepan and give the mixture a boil. Turn down to low heat so the sauce does not boil. Stir the flour into cold water and add it in a thin jet while stirring.
Take the pot off the heat.
Warm 1 tbsp. Oil in another pot and brown chicken meat. Crisp with salt and pepper.
Take the meat up. Cut pineapples, peppers, onion onions and cut the carrots in slices. Sautér the vegetables in the rest of the oil.
Add the meat and sour sauce and warm the dish through.
Taste the dish with salt and pepper.
Server with boiled rice and possibly. A pair of slices flutes.
