Instructions for Chicken in sour sauce
To prepare the Chicken in sour sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chicken breast thaws and the meat is cut from the legs. The legs are placed in a pot of 3 dl water and 1/2 teaspoon salt and boil under low approx. 10 min.
The chicken meat is cut into narrow strips, which are cooked on a good heat pan in oil. Cooking time: 3-4 min. Sprinkle with salt and remove from heat. The chicken soup is said. Onion and garlic cut into cubes and wrap in a pan in the oil. The flour is sprinkled and sprouted with chicken soup. Tomato Pure, Ginger and Sambal Manis are added and the sauce is seasoned with salt and pepper. The chicken and Atjar Taugé are served in the sauce and heated through.
