1can(or 120 g dried) velafdryppede chickpeas
1bundleFresh cilantro (a good handful)
1Cube (ca. 1 * 1 * 1) fresh ginger
1Udkernet chili after taste-dried chili powder can also be used. calculate 3 tbsp

2Packages of chicken (thousands) fillet approximately 100 g per person

4-4.5dlChicken broth

Instructions for Chicken in Curry with chickpeas and coriander

To prepare the Chicken in Curry with chickpeas and coriander recipe, please follow these instructions:

If using dried chickpeas, be they soak for approximately 12 hours. Came the onion, garlic, ginger, spices and chili in a food processor with about 2/3 of coriander leaves and some salt and blend everything to a thick, coarse puree. Got the spicy curry paste in a large sauté pan and sauté in a little oil while stirring for a few minutes. Pour the broth by, bring it to the kogepuktet, put the chicken pieces and (if using dried) chickpeas in and let it all simmer together for about 12 min. Add (if canned) chick peas, hot right through and season to taste with additional spices, before it is served with remaining cilantro leaves and nykogte rice.

Tips:
It is a really lovely dish that has been one of the Favorites here at home. But its touch of East goes the both good for a cold winter evening, where the spices gives the heat or to a balmy summer evening on the terrace!
