Instructions for Chicken freezer with asparagus
To prepare the Chicken freezer with asparagus recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the chicken in water with salt and spices until the meat is tender. The chicken is taken up and the water is sifted. Pick the meat from the legs and put it back into the cooking water in the pan.
Smooth the dish with a buttercup and at low heat.
Cook asparagus lightly tenderly in leachate water (blanched) and immediately cool in cold water. When the sauce with chicken meat is slightly leveled, add asparagus. Whip cream, lemon and egg yolks together in a bowl.
Pour the boiling sauce slowly into the egg mixture during whipping. Pour it back into the pan and slowly boil while stirring. Season with salt and pepper and serve in a dish sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley or dill.
Frikassé is a dish that can be cooked well in advance, and it is not as hard to make as many may think.
