The potatoes are peeled and cut into thin boats. The onions are peeled and chopped together with the two cloves of garlic and half the chili. Put all pieces in a refractory dish and stir together with olive oil, salt, pepper and peppers.
Each chicken fillet is seasoned with peppers, salt and pepper. A spicy spicy cheese is added on top of each single fillet and a piece of parma ham (or equivalent) is rolled around.
There is room for the "rolled" chicken fillets in the refractory dish with the potatoes. The dish is placed in the middle of the oven for approx. 30 - 40 min. At 180 degrees C hot air.
