2 | tbsp | Apple cider vinegar |
2 | tsp | Peppercorns, pink |
20 | g | Butter |
200 | g | Sugar peas |
3 | tbsp | Tamari soy sauce |
300 | g | Carrots |
4 | Chicken fillet without skin and bones |
Instructions for Chicken fillet, French
To prepare the Chicken fillet, French recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the carrots and cut them into fine strips. Nip the peas. Give carrots and peas a rehash and cool them in cold water.
Brown the chicken fillets on one side on a frying pan in butter. Turn them and add the soy sauce, vinegar and Æblecider pink pepper. Let them roast at the even heat about 15 minutes, until they are through fried and island regularly cloud over. Take chicken fillets from the Pan and keep warm under foil.
Saute the vegetables in the Pan 2-3 min. stirring occasionally.
Serve the vegetables with the chicken breast in a batch operation and pour the hot cloud over.
