1Eggs
1tspLemon peel
1tbspMint, fresh
1tbspOlive oil
1tspThyme, fresh
2cloveGarlic
200gPlain yogurt
4slicesToast bread, fine
500gChicken minced 5%

Instructions for Chicken and lemon meatballs

To prepare the Chicken and lemon meatballs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chicken meat, crushed garlic, breadcrumb / rasp, lemon peel, thyme, egg salt and pepper blend well with your hands. Cool in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Youghurt mint sauce: All ingredients mix well together.

The meat is shaped with a spoon for balls.

The oil is heated on a slip-light skillet, and the meatballs are roasted in layers until they are golden on all sides and passed through.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and move onto a serving dish and sprinkle with more salt.

Serve with youghurt mint sauce.
