Instructions for Cheesecake Brownie
To prepare the Cheesecake Brownie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan at low heat - take it off the heat and stir it through. Whip sugar and egg white and airy with an electric mixer. Turn the hot chocolate mixture in. Mix flour, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder - place it in the chocolate pan and stir it together. Pour it into a greased form of approx. 20 x 25 cm. Or a jump shape. Pour the cake into the mold.
Whip cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla sugar together with an electric mixer. Sprinkle it in big puffs over the brownie dough. Marble the cake by running a knife through.
Behind 175 degrees C. Alm. Oven for 35-40 minutes. Let the cake cool a little and then put it - COVERED - in the refrigerator. Cover it first until it is completely cold. Can be made the day before and stored on a refrigerator for use.
