To prepare the Celery fish recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel a rodselleri.
Cut it into appropriate thick slices
(approx. a half sentimeter)
Turn the slices in beaten egg.
Then turn the slices in breadcrumbs.
Fry the slices in the abundant fat until golden and spøde
Tips:
Served with potatoes (fried in oven or on Pan-uhm), rice, salad or other/misc. Green after taste + evt. a really good flute.
