Instructions for Cauliflower pot with sausages
To prepare the Cauliflower pot with sausages recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel potatoes, carrots and celery. Cut them and cauliflower into smaller pieces. Put it all in a pan. Pour some water on. Sprinkle salt on. Cook under lid for approx. 10 minutes.
The sausage is cut into pieces and added with the peas. Cook another 5 minutes. Or the vegetables are almost tender.
Add the tomato cut into quarters and plenty of finely chopped parsley.
