Instructions for Cauliflower as in Milan
To prepare the Cauliflower as in Milan recipe, please follow these instructions:
Divide the cauliflower into bouquets and cook barely tenderly in salted water. Cool.
Melt half of the butter in a saucepan and add the slice to slices and chopped parsley. Continue until the loop is getting transparent.
Pour butter and onions into a refractory bowl and place the cabbage bouquets with the stems downwards. Sprinkle Parmesan over. Melt the rest of the butter and pour it over.
Place in the oven at about 225 degrees C. alm. Oven and bag for 10 - 15 minutes.
