Instructions for Catfish baked with vegetables
To prepare the Catfish baked with vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop onion and garlic, courgette and spider bowl.
Sauté onion and garlic and add the other vegetables. Let it all shake a few minutes and season with salt and pepper. Pour it into a greased oven dish.
Cut the fish into smaller pieces and advantage over the vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and spread them over the fish along with the fresh thyme.
