Peel the apples and remove the kernel with a sticker. Roll the apples into cinnamon. Put them in a greased, refractory dish and put some butterballs on. Place the dish in a 250 degree hot oven and pour the melted butter over the apples under the baking. When the apples feel soft they are finished. Stir up the cold mayo with a little cream and put the mealie fillets into it on a dish. Serve hot apples on a separate dish.
