To prepare the Carrot soup with curry recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel carrots and potatoes and cut into smaller pieces. Boil for approx. 40 min. Do not add too much water to salt until they are well tender. Do not pour the water off; But mash the vegetables into a thick soup with a spellblender.
Season garlic and curry after taste in the oil, add the chopped onions and sweets until they are white. Pour the mashed vegetables into and add water and broth until an appropriate consistency is achieved. Add finally juice and peel of lime or lemon and season with salt. Let boil for approx. 10 minutes. Turn off and stir if necessary. A splash of yogurt natural for a creamy consistency. When serving, chopped chopped parsley on each serving.
tips:
If the curry is not strong enough, chopped fresh chilli may be added during the last cooking. The shorter the time it cooks with, the stronger the taste. If you eat coarse bread or slightly roasted tortillas, the soup can make it a main course.
