Instructions for Carrot soup V
To prepare the Carrot soup V recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the carrots, cut them through the middle and cut them into thin pieces.
Season the carrots in oil for 2-3 minutes.
Add curry and simmer for 20 seconds.
Add coconut milk, broth and chili.
Lay the lid on the pot and simmer the soup for 20 minutes.
Season with salt.
