To prepare the Carrot salad with apples and raisins recipe, please follow these instructions:
The carrots peeled and grated coarsely on a grater.
Apples peeled and grated, mixed with carrots and raisins equally.
Marinade: Vinegar and sugar to boil up and cooled, mix with the oil, salt and season with lemon juice.
The marinade over salad ca. 1/2 met an hour before serving, invert the well around the salad. Turn again before serving.
The salad will be honored in a suitable Bowl, and pour a little of the marinade by. This salad can be served with almost anything.
