1 | dl | Sugar |
125 | g | Finely grated carrots |
2 | tbsp | Corn starch |
3 | Eggs | |
50 | g | Coarsely chopped hazelnuts |

To prepare the Carrot cake with nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:
The egg whites beaten stiff. Sugar whipped in the ad three times. Beat in egg yolks one at a time. Cornstarch and baking soda mix and reversed in along with the other ingredients.
The batter is poured immediately into a well-oiled, raspet springform.
Bake in the middle of the oven for approximately 20 minutes at 200 degrees c.
Fx is served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream flavored with grated lemon peel, if desired.
