1 | dl | Lukewarm water |
100 | g | Oatmeal |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2 | dl | Ymer |
200 | g | Grated carrots |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
75 | g | Sunflower kernels |
Instructions for Carrot buns 03
To prepare the Carrot buns 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Pour water and yams into a bowl and dissolve the yeast. Add dough, salt, sunflower seeds and grated carrot.
2. First, oatmeal and then flour in the dough a bit at a time until the dough is smooth and smooth. Let the dough raise, cover and coat approx. 1 hour.
3. Beat the dough on a spun table and knead it through.
