50 | g | Wheat bran |

Instructions for Carrot Bread
To prepare the Carrot Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the milk. Pour the mixture into a stirring bowl and add the milk. Stir the yeast out of it. Add cracked carrots and other ingredients (hold a little wheat flour back). Beat the dough well together. Cover it with a lid or clean dish and place it for upright position for 1 hour.
Take the dough out on a crispy plate and knead it well. Add if necessary. The rest of the flour. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and shape them round, cut a cross in the bread and brush it with egg whipped egg.
Ornaments. With wheat bran or sunflower seeds.
Bake approx. 25 min at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Serve stuck, possibly. With tzatziki.
