1dlWhipped cream
2dlWater
25gChopped nuts
25gRaisins
40gCane sugar

Instructions for Carrot

To prepare the Carrot recipe, please follow these instructions:

The carrots are peeled, grated roughly and placed in a saucepan. Rosins and ghee are added and the carrots are exchanged for a couple of minutes. The bottom of the pan is covered with water and the carrots are steamed for 20 minutes under the lid. Sugar and cream are added and the half boils on good heat while stirring occasionally. When the liquid is evaporated, stir in nuts and spices. Half serve a boil and serve hot.
