In a coffee presses mix coffee, cardamom and orange peel. Pour the boiling water to 2 cups of coffee. Let the coffee get into approx. 4 min., until the plunger pressed down. Coffee sweetened to taste with sugar cane. Serve in small cups and like for dessert.
